Formed in 1994, Highland Innovations has evolved from common area enhancements—holiday décor (or as we call it Holidécor™), banners, decorative exterior lighting—to going back to our roots in commercial real estate: creating shopping center marketing plans, events, and coordinating implementation; tenant representation and site selection; and property management and marketing services.
In addition to our staff, we have a group of trusted resources we call upon to provide product and services as well as manufacturing our own holiday décor packages. We do onsite installations as well as selling a product for the client to install.
With many years property and project management experience we serve our clients as we liked to be treated when we were the client.
