Title Boxing Club
Title boxing Club delivers the amazing results of a boxing workout, minus the combat, to strengthen and tone your body from head to toe. Perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels, Title boxing combines no-hit boxing and kickboxing techniques with cardio and core exercises to help you reach your goals quickly and continue conquering new ones.
All classes are led by motivating trainers who will inspire and challenge you. Most of the classes are in groups, but you will quickly realize that this is your own personal workout and you do it at your own personal pace. Each class starts with a 7 minute warm up, then the real fun begins. You'll put on real boxing gloves and hit your own 100 lbs heavy bag in countless, trainer led combinations for 8 3-minute rounds. The workout then winds down with 7 minutes of focused core and stretching.
